Economic Refugee Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving! Thank goodness Andy was here or all of us would of been eatting PB&J sandwiches!

Our Turkey was 15 lbs

Andy bought a fancy thermometer to make sure the turkey was fully cooked. He absolutly loves this thing! We heard about how great it was all day! A small price to pay for a great dinner!


We had lots of refreshments to keep our strength up while we waited for dinner.

Matt (left) and Scott(guy with camera) were the hosts of our economic refugee Thanksgiving. (These are also the guys who let us stay with them when we first came to Calgary)

Everything tasted great! The dinner was a success.

We didn't have any trouble finishing everything!

Poor Turkey, 6 people + 15lbs of turkey = very full and uncomfortable people

BUT...there is always room for dessert!
